Waiters/Waitresses
Our partner is looking for waitpersons who will serve guests and offer recommendations to
upsell dishes provided by the restaurant. The waitpersons should perform well in a
fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests

Maintain hygiene in presentation and report any problems

Deliver and collect bill payments

Managing the cash register and information systems

Any other duty assigned
Qualifications
- At least a certificate in food and beverage handling or any other related
courses

Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress

Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information systems (e.g.
Revel POS or Toast POS)

Basic math skills

Attentiveness and patience

Excellent presentation skills
