Restaurant Supervisor
Our partner is looking for a Restaurant supervisor who will oversee and manage the
restaurant's daily operations while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate, ensuring
efficient operations and marketing the restaurant's services to drive returns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recordkeeping
- Handling customer complaints and queries
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, legislation and licensing laws
- Managing budgets
- Planning maintenance, work, events and bookings/reservations
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Recruiting, training, appraising and supervising hotel staff in liaison with the
human resource department
- Managing staff rosters
- Menu planning
- Managing sales reports, requisitions, supplies, etc.
- Any other duties
Qualifications
- Certificate in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent

Previous experience in a similar role for more than12 months

Proficiency in using computer software to monitor inventory, track staff
schedules and pay, and perform other recordkeeping tasks
