Chomaprenuership Supervisor
Our partner is looking for business development trainers in food vending. The position
holders will supervise fellow trainers (chomaprenuers) assigned to them. They will ensure
the chomaprenuers follow all the standard operating procedures set for them and address any
issue the chomaprenuers will face.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting youths to be onboarded onto the chomaprenuership program
- Organising training for the onboarded youths
- Helping youths find strategic places with high traffic to set up their businesses
- Monitoring the growth of the chomaprenuers
- Addressing any challenge the chomaprenuers face
- Any other duty assigned by the management
Qualifications
- Must have at least 1-year experience in food vending
- Must have a food handling certificate
- Must be a Kenyan youth residing in Kisumu, Siaya, Kakamega or Vihiga Counties
- Must have people skills
