Assistant project Manager
Our partner is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of the project while ensuring it achieves all its set milestones within the stipulated timeline.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Internal coordination to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track
- Regular meetings with project team members for planning
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarising relevant information
- Establishing and executing effective project communication plans
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedules and budget
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients
- Identifying and developing new opportunities
- Managing partner satisfaction within the project transition period
- Conducting post-project evaluation
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the project life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
